04/30/2006 - Added Virtual Tours field - pulls in all VT's listed in your MLS
06/20/2005 - Fixed a bug. When using the Email to Friend or Email Office links, we changed the link inside the email to search for the MLS number instead of the listing number.
05/26/2005 - Added upload your template search file. This is the html page that the IDX data inputs into.

* The searcher has the option of searching all the MLS listings or just the site Brokers MLS listings within the same catagory
* SGI will be uploading all photos from now on. Between 7am to 9am Monday thru Friday. We will NOT be uploading the data files, unless contracted to do so.
* Added MLS number to the Email subject in E-Mail To Friend and Contact Office about this Listing on the details pages
* Added search function to allow searchers to keep what they search for in the search fields
1) when a user searches from the details area the search is remembered until a new search has been commanded.
2) new search link added and goes to just the details search area
3) on the details page the details search area was took off and replaced with same search and new search links.

** Added the word Preferred under the property image. The Preferred image only shows when the listing is listed by the site Broker or that Brokers Agents

We are developing a system for Realtor Boards so you can have a choice for your IDX listings system. What we are developing is a system like what Paragon 3 has, but its all done online, no software to install on your computer and all data will be live (when it gets added or edited) so there will not be any download and upload of the data or photos.
